Cast Iron Check Valve permits flow in one direction only and close automatically when flow reverses. It is entirely automatic in action, depending upon differential pressure and velocity of flow within the line to perform its functions of opening and closing. Typical services include: hot and cold water, HVAC, steam, gas and other general utility services.

When it comes to its construction, there are a few different types available based on your needs. We have swing, lift, globe silent types that you can choose from. You should also be aware of the fact that the one-piece disc construction is designed to work in the most extreme conditions. Another advantage that you should keep in mind is that this product has a large cover that is bolted on and that provides easy access to the interior of the valve for maintenance purposes.
